REFUND POLICY

We want you and your little one to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with any tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number

To start a return, email us at etyomstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

WRONG SIZE
Please check our size guide before ordering (choose by your baby's height). If the size doesn't fit, you may return it under the 30-day policy above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at etyomstore@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before it ships. Email etyomstore@gmail.com with your order number.
