How long does delivery take?
We prepare and ship your order within 2–4 days. It usually arrives in the US and the UK about 14–21 days (2–3 weeks) after you order. Every order ships with tracking.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the US and the UK. Other countries are $10.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 29 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. See our Christmas delivery dates.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track your order page.

How does Bundle & save work?
Buy any 2 pieces and save 10% on your order. Buy 3 or more and save 15%. You can mix any products. The saving is applied automatically at checkout, and only the bigger of the two applies.

Will the tree lights fit my tree?
The smart tree lights fit trees from 5 to 12 ft (about 1.5 to 3.6 m).
How is the star topper powered?
It is USB powered. Plug the USB cable into a USB power adapter, like a phone charger, or a USB port.
